About Dr. Carrie Decker
Carrie Decker, ND, graduated with honors in 2013 from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, one of the key U.S. institutions for naturopathic medical training. In 2026, she completed the extensive Integrative Psychiatry Institute certificate program, an advanced training in integrative approaches to mental health that included 125 hours of training from world-renowned leaders and top-tier experts. Dr. Decker also received massage training at the Oregon School of Massage and continues to take courses to expand her bodywork offerings.
Dr. Decker’s primary clinical focus is mental health, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. She also sees patients with digestive issues, chronic fatigue, brain fog, and insomnia. She approaches these conditions from a comprehensive viewpoint, primarily drawing from evidence-informed nutritional and botanical treatments, but also may include homeopathic remedies with complex cases of a chronic nature. Digestive health and nervous system balance are key to overall wellness and are often foundational components of care.
Dr. Decker views the mind-body connection as an important part of holistic medicine and frequently encourages patients to incorporate bodywork between naturopathic visits. Bodywork sessions may include massage, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and trauma-informed, patient-guided tissue work.
Outside the office, Dr. Decker enjoys exploring the Columbia River Gorge, where she can be found hiking, wing foiling, running, biking, or skiing depending on the season.
